the room included an iron ironing board and a fan this was quite helpful the room also had a desk table and chairs i appreciated the security measures with a security guard in the evening the double door system prevented non residents from entering
i found the breakfast arrangements a bit disorganised it seemed unclear who was meant to be there this caused some confusion and delay

the staff was very helpful. i found the room to be quite spacious and tidy. ample coffee and tea were available (which was a plus for me). i also appreciated the hotel's central location.
the bathroom was a bit cold, i could feel a draft around my ankles.

the staff was professional and friendly. the reception staff was also quite helpful. i believe a manager i spoke with, rob, was very approachable and assisted with directions. the bar staff was also friendly.

the hotel room was spacious i especially liked the location it was convenient for exploring the area as a solo traveler i felt safe the provided fan was a nice touch since it was warm outside the bed was comfortable providing a good night's sleep
